The Cedar Valley SportsPlex has certified personal trainers to help change your lifestyle. Our staff is excited and motivated to assist you in making realistic, sustainable changes to live each day healthier than the last. Whether you are looking to lose weight, build muscle, or maintain your weight; our staff is here to assist you in accomplishing your goals.

Personal training is a great way to learn how to become educated on exercise and receive that extra push you may be looking for. Contact any of our six personal trainers for a consultation and they will be able to set up sessions to fit all of your needs.

Biography: My passion for health and fitness stems from my own trials, tribulations, and desire to help others on their fitness journey. I gained a lot of my knowledge simply from my own personal experiences in lot of different areas of the fitness industry. I have experience training clients in weight loss, strength & conditioning, and therapy-based movement.

In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors, running, lifting, home décor design, and coffee dates!

Biography: I’ve been playing sports for as long as I can remember so health and fitness has been a part of my life for a very long time. It wasn’t until junior year of college that I decided to switch my focus to bodybuilding. I graduated Wartburg College in 2015 with a degree in Business. I had this underlying passion to have a career in the fitness industry so I began teaching group fitness at Kosama in Cedar Falls right after graduation. At the same time, I was studying online to become a Personal Trainer. I wanted to enhance my knowledge to improve my own training as well as others! For 4 years now I have been learning the in’s and out’s of bodybuilding through my own experience and working with professional coaches. I have been coaching group fitness for over 2 years and have been working with clients one-on-one for a little over a year now. Training intensity, proper nutrition, and recover are, in my eyes, the 3 key components when it comes to success for your own health and fitness goals. Let me show you how to take your training to the next level.
