The 2024 Pump and Run 1-mile/5K is THIS weekend! Here is everything that you need to know about the event and the details on how the pump portion of the event works. We can't wait to see everybody at the FREE community health expo this Friday from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. and then again Saturday morning at 9:00 a.m. for the 1-mile and 5K!
🔊 Kids 12 and under can run the 1-mile or the 5K for free. The first 200 kids to sign up will receive a custom finishing ribbon!
🔊 There will be over 15 nonprofits and businesses at the health expo! Come win some free stuff!
🔊 Registration is still open! We're currently at record nuChick-fil-A WaterlooA Waterloo will be serving up breakfast at the start finish line before and after the race.
🔊 Day of packet pickup and pumps will be at the Cedar Valley Sportsplex. The race will start/finish three blocks Northwest of the SportsStarbeck's Smokehouse39;s Smokehouse
🔊 Come move with the Mayor! Mayor Hart will be at the event to support and run along with you!
